Shuklagandaki sits along the Prithivi Highway in Tanahun, on the road that carries most of the traffic between Kathmandu and Pokhara. Dhorbarahi Dairy is on that road.
The Dhorbarahi temple the shop takes its name from stands a few kilometres off the highway at Dhorphirdi, and the crowds it draws at Shreepanchami and Dashain pass this way.
